Once you have successfully passed the qualifying examination, you are eligible to propose your dissertation studies. You will make an oral defense of your proposal to your doctoral committee. Once the dissertation has been completed, you will defend your dissertation to the members of your graduate committee, the Graduate Dean or the Dean’s representative who is a member of the Graduate Council and invited guests.

You must continuously enroll in EDAD 7088 Dissertation each semester until the dissertation is completed. You must enroll in a minimum of 12 semester hours of EDAD 7088 to complete the degree.
